At Kingfisher SEC, we have a structured recruitment process to ensure we select the best candidates for our security team. It starts with an online application on our website. If a candidate meets our initial criteria, we conduct a phone screening, followed by a short 5–10 minute Zoom or Teams interview. Successful candidates are then invited to our office for a full in-person interview, where they submit all necessary documents. If approved, they receive online forms to complete, followed by a preliminary screening. Candidates can only begin working once this stage is complete. However, full 5-year vetting and screening must be completed within 12 weeks of starting employment to ensure compliance with industry standards.
